When guidance was needed they offered it, but likewise even for important details they were willing to carefully listen to our needs and put those priorities first. Their knowledge of the greater Houston area subdivisions combined with listening to our desired home characteristics allowed them to suggest the ideal location for targeting the home search within our price range which was an incredibly powerful tool for narrowing down the search process. The ability for them to work as a team and play o each other strengths was also self evident in the process which enhanced the overall experience even further.
